Hi Mathew,
Thank you very much for your enquiry.
Our session are prices £40-£45 per hour, depending on location. There are also some offers on block bookings. We have the use of two private gyms or there is the home training option. We have a complete range of fitness testing and training equipment at our disposal.
The consultation is free and includes a very comprehensive information pack to get you started.
