3dlife Personal Trainers base their approach around your health objectives and fitness goals. Concentrating on 3 key areas, of which the emphasis can change or evolve depending on your requirements and objectives;
1) An initial and ongoing, comprehensive health and fitness appraisal – giving you a detailed and accurate starting point. Followed by a personalised, structured and goal-specific exercise program, personal training sessions at a time and location to suit you and constant feedback on your progression and improvement.
2) Nutritional awareness and planning. Comprising of up to date research knowledge, along with a client specific nutritional plan and ongoing support.
3) Lifestyle advice, including stress management tips and ideas, time management tips and work/life balance ideas.
